Bible Study

We have verse by verse Bible study every Sunday at 10 a.m.  and every Wednesday 6 p.m.












Sunday School

Our Sunday school is open to all ages and we do have clean nursery facilities for children 4 years and under. Ages categories (ages 4 – 6) (7 – 8) (9 – 11) teens presently meet upstairs with grownups. Our Bible study is verse by verse with the King James Bible as the final authority. We do not emphasize the Greek or Hebrew. If you are English speaking, God has preserved His words for you in the Authorized KJV. 

Paul told Timothy “And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.” 
Our Sunday school material is based on King James Text and we not only “use” it but believe that it is the preserved words of God.  We have faithful teachers who train the children in the ways of the Lord. They are taught Creation, the Exodus, New Testament salvation and God’s attributes.









Worship Service

Our worship services incorporate traditional songs and hymns. We worship God in spirit and in truth.


Outreach

God said His word will not return void and He also said you will reap in due season.  With the help of God we continue this day to witness the saving grace of Jesus Christ.  
A few of us engage in public ministry at 2nd Ave. & 2nd St. downtown Cedar Rapids at the lunch hour on Fridays. We also go house to house to visit with people about their relationship with God. 
Currently we are using collated John & Romans to present the gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. We have distributed over 150,000 gospel booklets from “personal bibles” to “Chick illustrated comic tracts.”  
We’ve held Bible study at Hiawatha Care Center on Monday evenings since 2006.

Foreign Missions

Our foreign missions program extends to about 11 different countries and is a vital part of this ministry
